Local lenders, and particularly, credit unions, are the best options for most people, so use a credit union, just not this one. I am a business professor at Wichita State and have been a customer for 5 years. I was pleased with some services, although displeased with wire transfers and international debit card use, as well as support on fraudulent charges.
