The toilet is backed at the house that I am renting. I’ve tried to contact the landlord and the maintenance man. They both refuse to talk to me. Inside the house itself, smells like a sewer plant. I am unable to take a shower, bath, wash my clothes, unable to use the kitchen and bathroom sink. I feel that it is a Health Hazard.

I went to get birth certificates for my kids. First it took ABSOLUTELY forever to get them and I was the only one in there… took around 30 minutes or more. I have had to get birth certificates before and it had NEVER taken that long. Then they didn’t give my license back. Yes I should have checked, but by that time I was just ready to go. Then when I got all the way home all the way across town, I called. “Oh yes we have it, we were waiting to call”. Waiting for what?
