I really like the older gentleman, he was very easy to get along with and seemed very honest. Mr. Klasse however started off great and then started getting short and would have adult “tantrums” when a question was asked about a possibility of something being an option, rather than a simple “no” it’s not in your budget it was a big ordeal, hands tossed huffing, and straight frustration that I would have the audacity to ask a question. Wichita Falls Renovation just finished my kitchen. They were wonderful! The kitchen had not been touched since the house was built in 1985. Product Manager, Hunter, was here everyday. Every individual that provided a service cabinet builder, painter, countertop (quartz ) installer, electrician,,plumber, backsplash installer, hardware installer were all here exactly at the time quoted! We contacted this company to renovate our kitchen by installing new countertops, back splash, and install a new sink with garbage disposal. Steven Klasse and Tom Whitworth responded immediately to our home and did an estimate. They asked for our input of what we were wanting and were very friendly and supportive. Their pricing was very reasonable. They were upfront and open of explaining the process they do and which subcontractors they use.
