They dropped my business insurance, giving me very little notice. This left me scrambling to find e new policy or risk losing my primary customer. I never had a claim or any issues at all. To add insult to injury that had me sink a ton of time into filling out needles long and detailed forms right before they dropped me. Everyone knows insurance companies pretend to care about their customers, but the Wichert agency stinks at pretending.
Recently had a situation come up with a slight insurance emergency that my former partner left me with.
