Have been with Wichert about 3 years. So happy we made the change. Highly recommend! The service is excellent. Nice to have an agent who always responds quickly and helpful with any questions or concerns and makes it personal. The best!

I’ve been with Wichert for a very long time but in the last 5 years there customer service has gotten horrible!! With that being said the issue I have is they do not work to find their customers the best solution and they are lazy and incompetent!!! So long I only hope you start stressing to your employees that part of there job is to help its customers not continue to let them get ripped off!!!
