I had no issues when I went on 3/18, everyone was nice and welcoming. The receptionist were nice and the Ladies in the back who did my appointment were so nice. Maybe the Key to having a good appointment is to get the first early morning appointment that they have so they’re all in a good mood !
Es exagerado la mala atención al cliente que hay en esta oficina. Claramente se nota que no quieren hacer su trabajo de la mejor manera, entre 15 minutos antes de la 1 y la señora de mala gana me dijo que no podía antenderme. Solo vengo a renovar los beneficios, nada que se iba tardar tanto tiempo. Ya son 2 veces que esta señora hace lo mismo! Y de mala manera, deberian de capacitar a su personal. No todos tenemos el tiempo que ella tiene.
They had me schedule and appointment FAR out over the phone and told me to bring all my documents for my WIC appointment. The appointment day came up I brought my babies and documents like they told me to do. I had to wait for them to call my number just for them to tell me that this wasn’t an official appointment. That I had to come back in 3 weeks and if I call a certain number I could come sooner. I call the number and no answer… a waste of time they could’ve did all of that over the phone
Don’t waste your time calling just walk in you’ll be better off that way , they will ignore the phone ringing and won’t even be busy. honestly the ladies at the desk are rude especially the Hispanic, heavy set woman and not really helpful, they didn’t put my benefits on one month and then tried to say I used my benefits when I didn’t and I was very devastated and just made me wait the next month and I’m someone who lives off Wic like Wic has been the only way to get some food in my home and they skip my month and it was just... read more
