I don’t understand how this place is still running, they’re irresponsible and don’t do their job whatsoever it’s always someone will call you for an appointment and never do, the supervisor neither does her job correctly . It’s a routine every month for me and them I get milk one month and the next I don’t
Never answer the phone....that's literally the front desks job....to answer phones and schedule appointments
They get 0 ⭐s!!!! As I come to leave a review I see they literally have 1.8 stars out of 5!!! 😂 How can you be that bad at your job and still have 1? After leaving multiple messages and being told a "nutritionist" will call me back to reschedule 3 different times (that was over a week ago. They have 48 hrs to call you back 😂) I'll take the hr drive to cape in summer traffic which will probably be 2hrs. If you have a vehicle take the drive to Falmouth. Absolutely ridiculous they never answer the phone you have to leave like 10 voicemails, I have an emergency where I need to get my daughter more milk and they don’t answer . Try your best to not even go here
