Don’t answer the phone have hard time with phone appts cause they never call at the time your scheduled for the two girls in the front are lazy you need to replace them

The two young girls at the are very lazy and and dont like to answer the phone. They sit right there and let it ring
So I had an appointment today with the WIC office and I tried calling them earlier this morning to let them know about my new number and they have not reached out to me and I have a son who has diabetes and now this is my second time this today trying to reach out to him and they're refusing to answer phone calls
