Wic office is unprofessional!!! Employees talking on the phone while trying to put my information in the system. I made an appointment for 8:30am but the receptionist tell me my appointment is for the afternoon. There is always a problem with there system, sometimes I can’t get a hold of them sometimes I do. Multiple time I had to go to the office to make an appointment because there phone never work.
The receptionist is super helpful and patient. I was going back and forth with my doctor trying to get the immunization fo faxed and she kept going to check the fax machine for me and was nothing but helpful! The nutritionist is also great!
Nutritionist are friendly but secretary never answers the phone. If you want an appointment you have to go in personally and rescheduling is made more complicated then what it needs to be.
