The WIC program itself is fantastic. However the receptionist Donna is incredibly rude and combative when you mentioned you could not get ahold of them during their switch over from their previous affiliation till now. Hopefully whoever takes over and reads this will get someone who doesn’t try to argue with clients when faced with simple questions.
