Received less than 24 hours notice they scheduled an appointment for me, called to confirm the morning of and arrived with 3 kids at 1150 for a 12 pm appointment. At 1220 I go back to the counter and ask about how much longer it will be at which point I’m pointed to the back wall for a number, which isn’t visible when you walk in nor was it pointed out at the time I had arrived. I called and got an appointment not too far out. Once I walked in for my appointment, which I was early too, they immediately saw me and started setting up my wic! We were in and out in like 2 hours but that’s understandable because it was our first appointment. They gave so much help for breastfeeding tips and many more things. Even helped me with some ideas for my 4 year old and him being kinda picky. Overall I’d say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a wic office.
Very helpful. From a young new mom they have always been super nice and supportive. Lauren is truly amazing. Thanks for helping!
Not a place to go they give you the run around all the time and make you go there every month for something else last time now as there they mad me and my 4 year old wait for 5 hours until they called my name.
