If it were possible to give zero stars I absolutely would. “Rude” is being polite considering the way we were treated when simply seeking information about our case for our premature baby. You would hope that an organization like this would employ people that are at the very least, competent and understanding. Absolutely disgusting.
The stuff very rude specially (Daisy) her attitude is very bad always and she play games and make everything not clear. She not a good for help pregnant woman. And her voice is too loud.
