My phone appointment was at 10:30, I called them at 10:40 to see why nobody’s calling me stacey informed me stating that she was busy training a new employee and she was running behind, as a trainer of a new employee. I thought that was a bad sign all on its own and maybe they need someone else training these employees because if somebody has an appointment that should be a priority. So friendly, so informative, really feels like they care and want to help. Lots of toys, books, and things to keep kids occupied/distracted during Apts. Very impressed just with overall how friendly every single person I encountered was whether it was scheduling on the phone or when we checked in, our actual apt, those we passed by who were working too, so kind.
