The people in the office where very disrespectful, There not good at communicating on what you need, I had one Lady say it’s OK we can go ahead and continue. We just won’t be able to give you the benefits until we get proof of address, and I wanted to do that, The two ladies that were not helping told me I need that but the computer lady she was quite the whole time, but the other two ladies denied my service and said that she should reschedule me so I never got my benefits and so hopefully my next visit, they Will be more r... read more
Very fast service , very friendly staff and always very helpful
The ladies in the front office are very rude, instead of trying to help you out they made the entire process very overwhelming & difficult! The energy when you walk in is so thick. I have moved to the office on 50th, such a big difference. You’re greeted with smiling faces!
Miss Nancy and the staff here are so sweet. They always work with me if I can’t make the appointment. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and won’t go any where else!
