The app keeps crashing out and not letting me do a nutritional class
Rude staff! I called at 8:30am and was on hold for 45 minutes no luck getting ahold of someone. Called back in afternoon and got ahold of someone after waiting 30 minutes. I'm pregnant and needed to make my initial appointment. They didn't have many openings with my work schedule (they open later hours on T/Th). Absolutely trifling.
This location itself isn’t bad, the workers are friendly and helpful. I’m giving it 3 starts bc the upkeep of the grounds could be better and the call center is really giving the establishment a HORRIBLE look. I called yesterday looking to let someone know I would be running late for my appointment, I was hoping to be rescheduled or see if they had a later time available. I had to call TWICE.
