This is the worst location I have ever been too. You come in to your appointment you are the only person here. The staff is in the front chatting waiting around . When they can be completing you and getting you out of here. There is absolutely no customer service.It’s only. The only person that’s always helpful is Joanna. She makes it worth my while. She is very kind with kids. Thanks Joanna
Bring your umbilical cord because these people will not allow you to qualify for any benefits I have waited from the time my son was born until today, which is two months to get the appointment and then of course I don’t have what they need on the day of my appointment and they make me feel bad for even trying Mahogany had the audacity to say to somebody else there that I came from North Carolina because of my area code of all things and people have numbers from different area codes all the time… she could have looked at my ... read more

This place has the worst front desk and even worse scheduling, if they don't like what they do they should quit and not give people just trying to get the benefits. Worst wic office I've ever been to.
