No one answers the phone. Have issues getting through anytime I need to call. Took me over 20 calls in one week to get through to someone to ask about the education program I needed to do but no one was answering. So I got behind on it. Due to this, my benifits were pro-rated. When talking to Kathy the WIC coordinator she just kept saying she didn’t know what to tell me and they were short staffed due to people being sick.
