The Vietnamese lady talks to me on the telephone, she's not friendly with me. She always talks to me coldly and makes me feel despicable. She did not want to explain any my questions.
Every time I call they never answer! It doesn't even give me an option to leave a voicemail. Then when they do call me it's a private or unknown number so my phone automatically goes straight to voicemail. Please if you are reading this, call me back with your 714 area code. Thank you.
Girls are friendly over the phone but only issue is the front deck NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!!! Please pick up!!!!!
