I arrived at 9 because I had errands to run all day and needed to be in and out. The office wasn’t open. So I waited a little while, the office still wasn’t open. Continued to wait for about 30 minutes and the office STILL wasn’t open. I ended up leaving and having to go to a different office. Ridiculous.

Always rude. Never answer phones. Takes forever to complete an appointment.
I like the ladies here they are very nice. Just are not that good with the phones. I've been calling from 8-6 daily, repeatedly for over a month, and to this day still no answer. I have no way of going there during the week unless I have an appointment, and can't get an appointment because they dont answer!...
