Same as other reviews..When I called to make an appointment the rep that answered the phone was rude. This is my first pregnancy as well and the way she asked me questions as if I were dumb. Not everyone that calls to make appointments has kids or gone through this process before. Told her I would call back. Thankfully I spoke with another rep when I called back and she was more patient with me. Now lets see how everything goes for my appointment on Thursday smh. This place is the worst. Absolutely horrible I had an appointment Thursday the 4th of this month I went in I had an appointment at 9:45 I didn't leave until almost 11:45 the security who works at securitas was not doing her job she was letting people just come in and go straight into the office without their name being called the WIC office itself was not calling out any names and was just picking people who were just coming in they were just walking in and the security who works at securitas was just putting people ahead of other people which made ... read more
