very unprofessional every time I have an appointment, I have to wait 40 minutes .The people here act like they don’t like their job they always irritated
They never answer the phone and you have to literally call every month for them to load your benefits.
Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days no call backs after leaving voicemails, nothing. So unprofessional & my baby is in need of formula asap

They never pick up the phone, it always sends you to voicemail and you leave a voicemail all to never get a follow up call back. They have previously called me to cancel my appt due to “meetings” rescheduled my appt to another day all to show up and get sent home by the security guard cause they’re in a “meeting”. I didn’t get benefits for my son for a whole 3 months all due to their meetings and poor scheduling system. I really hope these meetings they’re having are to self asses their attitude towards the people coming in ... read more
