This Office is very hard to get in contact with no matter what time you call they don’t answer the phone I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for weeks no luck they don’t call at the time of your apt they call hours late very inconsiderate
I arrived on time for my child scheduled appointment Upon arrival, I signed in on the clipboard as instructed. Shortly after, a staff member identified as Davita Shaw entered the lobby, looked directly at me and my child, and stated in an aggressive tone that she was “not taking any more people” because she was tired and going on break. very unprofessional every time I have an appointment, I have to wait 40 minutes .The people here act like they don’t like their job they always irritated
They never answer the phone and you have to literally call every month for them to load your benefits.
Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days no call backs after leaving voicemails, nothing. So unprofessional & my baby is in need of formula asap
