Something needs to be done to speed up appointments.....almost seems deliberate. My grandmother at 80 years old can process paper work faster!

sorry but this location is terrible. Not only is it grimy & just Feels dirty but it is Always Packed & you never get seen at your appointment time. if your appointment is @1 expect to wait till AT LEAST 2:30 to be seen. then wait another 45 minutes afterwards for them to give you your card. don’t make any appointments or plans for the rest of the day because you will truly spend WAY more time than expected waiting in this office.
