Young man who answered the phone around 8:45AM Thursday 11Aug2022, was just amazing, sweet, an very helpful! Best customer service I’ve gotten over the phone in awhile . Thank you for not yelling at this pregnant lady an my ten questions :)
the lady who does the appointment over the hone is Extremely! rude, she made me feel bad about certain things and would make rude comments through out the call about me not be ready, or that since I wasn't sure about something , when she wasn't giving me all the information I needed. way to make people who need help feel worse about their lives. i have a pretty high tolerance for rude people but t his lady needs to be written up she clearly is not there to help families
