They absolutely suck at answering the phone. There is no reason someone should wait a whole hour on the phone. And how is there no appointments for certain things that makes no sense.
This WIC clinic has been soo respectful and helpful to me. I had to go back today to get a new card because my chip was damaged and Pauline helped me get a new card and extended my benefits through May when I have my baby. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for your superior customer service!
Well, I see some negative Reviews but it’s definitely not that, I walked in and had no appointment, miss Paulene is so Kind and for those who really need immediate help then go see miss Paulene.
