Front desk were very helpful and had great customer service, especially the ones in the back
This is why they never answer the phone. It’s ALWAYS off the hook , like this. Very unprofessional. Sometimes they give you a number when you walk in and sometimes you don’t. They just ask “who was next”. No sign in paper either. Then when you answer them they don’t even acknowledge you said anything. No greeting upon entry either.
Updated review: don’t call on the phone or you’ll wait forever With that being said, the staff is amazing and usually if you walk in you will be taken care of immediately! The staff is so nice, helpful, professional, and they have always got me in and out of there pretty quickly.
Mala atención deben de cambiar a toda esa gente que atienden en esa oficina hasta la que recibe las llamadas por teléfono es una persona desposta llamada la señora ana grita a la gente por teléfono y antes que le expliques lo que pasa te dice que no hay cita eso está mal debería de ver analizar mandar a supervisar a toda esta gente que trata mal a la comunidad deben de cambiar a todos
