Honestly so fed up with this place. They never call on their scheduled appts. They continue to reschedule over and over and miss every appt. Trying to get in touch with them and have anything done is like pulling teeth. Everybody acts like they hate their jobs and they’re miserable. And don’t even get me started on in-person appts. They are so slow! This place is really pointless.

This place honestly sucks, from trying to reach people, the attitudes people give and all. The amount of sick people and kids that come in here coughing every where and sneezing with no mask, they don’t even cover their mouths is disgusting as heck! You can tell the people who work here do not care to even try to make it sanitary in the lobby. I had to tell several people don’t come up to my baby and even kids. Same as the previous reviews poor mannerism, no professionalism, doesn't speak to recipient but issues benefits, when asking to speak to a supervisor they try to handle it themselves. They are the problem! I've called 4 days in a row waiting for the breast feeding specialist to call and no call but my benefits were issued. Incorrectly might I add. I have 4 kids ranging from 18yrs to 6 months. It's not my first rodeo and this office sucks!

I never have a problem with this office and they get you in and out so I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about. However I don’t have any sort of special needs so it’s pretty straightforward
