You set an appointment and they are 1-2 hrs late for phone calls. In person ? Late as EVER. Don’t even think about asking your job for a lunch break to do your appointment bc you’re there for minimum 3 hours EVERY time with an appointment. They are rude as ever during that time as well. I was told by one lady that it’s for “poor colored people with low iron and that’s why we require a finger prick”. I damn near LOST IT. Calling them ? Usually my experience is very good here. I went to my appointment and they never refilled my benefits. They dont even give me and estimated date. All they say is “someone will call you back”. My son eats fruits and vegetables constantly and we rely on these benefits.
Always “behind” i had my appointment Monday my benefits were supposed to reset on the 8th and it’s Thursday the 10th a was told they will probably get to you within the next week. So I’m supposed to sit without my benefits for almost two weeks??? How hard is it to make a phone call that lasts not even a full 5 minutes so you can refill my benefits?!?
The employees are nice, but they need to hire some help at this place. Especially now that school has started parents have to pick up their kids or be at home to get them off the bus and I don't think I've ever had to wait 45 minutes to get into any office especially for any of my kids if I would've been 45 minutes late I would've lost My kids Benifits for the month until they could get me back in maybe even longer and now I have another appointment in a month on the phone, which is ridiculous because they're so far behind. ... read more
Every time I have an appt the nutritionist calls 1-2hrs late or an hour early so I miss them half of the time. What’s the point of having an appt fit into your schedule if they’re not even going to call you remotely close to that time. The voicemail box is always full so you can’t get in contact with them.
