Horrible they are unprofessional and do not know how to take ownership of their own mistakes. Tell you a time, leave you a voicemail and get a text as a reminder. But then tell you your appt is at a different time when it is not. Even have you come in on a day they are closed but don’t tell you, you have to call the office when it looks closed oh don’t forget leave a voicemail so you can wait outside so whenever they get to it, so they can let you in. Professionalism is a zero. I dread every tike I have to go in for an appt. I wait everything and I must listen to side bar conversions.. They it's always the "computers problem." They might as well wear off the street clothes honestly..please hire new women when WIC was on Washington we NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM
