Today I had an appointment at 3:30, I had a very busy day, when the time got closer I was ready for their call. I ended up waiting for the call for over an hour. When I got a call back I let them know and the lady told me (with attitude) “yeah when you miss our calls sometimes we call earlier.” She called me at 2:53. In what world does that make sense???
