El servicio de este lugar apesta tienen número de teléfono llamamos y no responden no podemos ir tampoco a la oficina de WIC porq no atienden sin cita pero tampoco tenemos donde comunicarnos, porque tanta negligencia en esa área la pandemia ya pasó y siguen tan tardíos en abrir la oficina además estamos en EUA, what’s happening? 🤐🤐🤐
Horrible Office if you can, i recommend you go to a different Office, wait time is too long, waited almost 4 hours with appointment!
Saw people without appointments come in after me and leave before. Clearly no organization had to wait over three hours. Sad to see that every effort that gov makes to make it a better and speedier process is dwindled by the employees lack of training.
Worst ever 3 hour wait times with appointment. Clearly in need of more training wirh the new system.
The lady that helped me out today was rude. Deadpan face, not welcoming at all. Attitude the entire time she was asking questions. There was only one other customer there at the time, still took a while to be helped even with an appointment. My baby was sitting in my lap looking at his book, did not cry nor was he fussy while we were there. Not our fault that either she didn't want to be there or hates her job.
