This location is always behind and takes forever for every appointment. I spend 1 1/2-2 hours here everytime I have an appointment due to long waits.

I called the office about 4 days ago to inquire about replacing some formula cans that I lost due to the hurricane. Aracely, the lady who answered the phone, assured me that they could replace at least two or three cans. She confirmed that all I needed to do was go to the office withmycard. However, when I arrived today, after waiting about 45 minutes, I was informed that they could only replace one can.
