Rosie is the rudest one their. I don’t feel Comfortable with my child getting pricked , and she was so condescending about it, as a mother if I don’t want my child getting pricked I’m not doing it. She had the nerve to say it’s not gonna draw blood…. Okay so why prick? For fun? It’s to check iron so of course it’s gonna draw blood. When I said I still didn’t feel comfortable she let out the biggest sigh and was like I’m canceling the appointment. ROSIE LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE NICE. It’s not that hard.
The white older white women is so rude and condescending when doing intake paper work. Extremely impatient, nosing and has a condescending judgemental attitude. The service is to provide mothers and babies in need not to make them feel less than. Get another job if you want to feel superior. This is not the place. Anytimes I’ve actually been in the office for a physical appointment the employees treat you fair.

There’s maybe ONE person decent there. All the ladies got an attitude for some reason. I’m as respectful as I can be because this program has helped my family and me. But the staff makes it feel like it’s coming out their pocket. I’d suggest a different location.
