How on earth did they get two stars, when everyone here gives them one? Their opening hours are a pack of lies, to start with, they are never open, or hardly ever.

This practice is a total joke! The doctors are amazingly helpful if you can get past the office staff to see them, for example, I am dealing with mental health issues, and just received a call from one of the staff there, called Bev, she was very Abusive and Threatening down the phone to me, talking to me like I was a child, May I say cqc will be getting informed about this persons behaviour
Looking for a GP around the BD6 area, but after speaking to the rude receptionist i have decided not to go ahead with these guys. Also you said you only see patients till lunch wow you guys are working really hard feel really sorry for the NHS.
