We have been going to this clinic for 4 years now with all of our animals and have gone through everything from just annual visits to having to say our final goodbye to our girl Gypsy. Richard and Joanne and the entire staff are fantastic! I love his no bullshit approach yet he is very caring with all our animals. We are so grateful to have this animal hospital in our community!
I had an excellent 1st impression when we visited the clinic (we are in the process of becoming clients to Wiarton AH). It smelled clean. Calm waiting area. Parking lot well maintained. Their clinic-mascot-cat gave us the once over, harrumphed, and scooted away. I witnessed the front staff being compassionate with grieving humans and that speaks volumes to me. After our next visit, I'm confident I will +1 star to my review.
Dr Lefebvre and his team have never failed my pets. Their compassion for the animals shows from the reception to the examination table & in a stressful situation, Dr. Lefabvre seems to know exactly when to break out the humor to make you smile. We had a bad episode with our little Eddie where he got hold of a treat he definitely shouldn't have had. Eddie is in the teenage years of a dog and quick as a whip when something falls on the floor.
