I initiated a scheduled ride for a client who resides at an assisted living facility. WI Transport called back within hours requesting payment for the ride. The client's responsible party called this company an hour later in order to provide payment info and was told the lady who takes payment info was at lunch and to call back. This same lady phoned me (at the assisted living facility) and informed me that this scheduled ride was cancelled, "because they didn't hear back from us."
