I brought my Mercedes in after a few random warning lights came on. My service advisor, Gore, went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. He was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in addressing my concerns. He even arranged a loaner vehicle for me while my car was being serviced, which made everything so convenient. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely my go-to spot for any service needs. Highly recommend 10/10

Thus past Wednesday my car suddenly started.shaking on the 405 every time I accelerated. Called.Simonson Service Dept while on the road and was able to get there by 5:15 Wednesday late afternoon. Gave me a loaner and was told it would be a few days since weekend was approaching. Received a text on Friday afternoon that car was ready...they found and replaced a torn ignition coil. Pick up car Saturday morning...All fixed. No charge...under warranty. That's what I call Service. Thanks Mario.
