Brought in the car for leaking wiper fluid after a service done elsewhere, which likely left the heating element cap loose off the wiper fluid tank. Left the car without a guarantee it would be done same day, but to my surprise it was done by the end of the day, saving me a lot time and multiple trips to the service center. Work seems to have been done properly, with full service included.
I am editing my review to 1 star. My initial feeling was that the service department, specifically Antonio Aranda, were diligent. After much consideration, I have realized that they do not listen to their customers. I schedule appointments, later to find out that they were never actually scheduled. I arrive for an appointment, after a promise of a quick exit, and yet asked to wait a day. He knows that I drive 60 miles to their service department. Antonio makes promises that he can’t keep.
