I recently came in for service and had two tires replaced, and once again the experience was absolutely excellent. The team is always professional, efficient, and makes everything so easy. A special thank you to Moe, my service advisor — he is truly outstanding. He responds incredibly fast whenever I text him and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and customer care. Hands down the best service experience every time. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the service. Had a flat tire driving and had to call Mercedes emergency service. Towed to Simonsom. Very prompt contact and service completed the next day on a Saturday.

Took car to service and was advised its not covered by warranty. Due to something happen on road. Took to body shop and they connected computer an dfound out it was something wrong with emission. They did not even bother checking anything and gave car back with no service done. And no diagnostic done to find out wha tissue was.
