I have always been pleased with my service at Simonson. Last week my service representative, Jose Ortega, was very helpful and responsive, explained the service and answered my questions well and was very personable.
I brought my car in for maintenance today and was extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and attentive. Antonio took great care of everything. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood each step of the maintenance. The service was quick and my car is running perfectly now. Thank you, Antonio, for the excellent care , I truly appreciate it! I would highly recommend this shop especially Antonio, for anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality automotive service.
Professional, fast, thorough. Moe was great to work with. Even the Ubers were fast to take me home and pick me up. Excellent service.
