Antonio made the entire process of getting my car serviced easy and comfortable. I had to drop my car off early in the morning before work, and he kept me informed every step of the way. He let me know when it was ready and that they’d be open until 6, so I could swing by after work. I even got my car—aka my baby—back spotless! Definitely had an amazing experience.
Jose was wonderful - got my issue handled quickly and efficiently under warranty. He was very communicative about a delay for the required part to arrive back at the shop (it was outside his control, but he kept me informed at all times). As soon as the part came in, he texted me and allowed me to bring my car in right then for the install. Quick and easy, definitely will work with Jose again!!!
My representative ensured my car maintenance service was done on time. Also, Nick had my car washed both inside and out. I was fully satisfied with their service.
