Rip offs and rude
SCAM ALERT. In dealing with Wi Medical we incurred thousands of dollars worth of losses. They are liars and tell you what you want to hear but deliver the opposite... The company owner Patrick is a Liar don't believe a word he says. STAY AWAY.
Company is not what you think it is. If you have a medical scooter, you should call a repair company directly. These guys are middlemen who up-charge for triple the rate a normal service provider in your area. When someone needs service, they literally call the closest business to you who repairs the equipment you have. Shame on you Wi Medcial for taking advantage of the elderly and charging rates that are of that a supreme lawyer. NOT ETHICAL! BUYER BEWARE!
