Called in April because our garage door wouldn’t open. Owner came out and told me the motor would need to be replaced. 14 year old opener so that makes sense. James came out and replaced the opener, replaced and reprogrammed our keypad and remotes. James was great! Now today after my husband left for work I heard a loud bang. Went to the garage and the spring snapped in two. Called at 9:42 am and spoke to the owner and he told me James would be there between 10-2.
