My experience was less than ideal. I’ve been to a lot of shops over my OTR carrier and a huge pet peeve of mine is a shop that cares absolutely less about building an area for drivers to sit. I stood on my feet for four hours waiting for my truck, even while they took a lunch. My back was sore after that and so were my patience when I received an astronomical bill for two simple little jobs. I was most definitely priced gouged.
