I had to rush my bird to Winnipeg for an emergent check up, and the wonderful ladies at Whyte Ridge were able to get me in immediately. The customer service is exceptional. Everyone there was genuinely kind, compassionate and attentive. Dr. Mortiz was exceptional and walked me through every option. Although it was the worst outcome for my baby, they were somehow able to make me feel comfortable with every decision. I cannot thank them enough and am very appreciative. I highly recommend this vet for your babies.
So far we have had an excellent experience here. We were looking around for a new vet to take our cat to, and Whyte Ridge Vet was not only the quickest to respond to my online inquiry, they were also the most in depth and sincere. Our visit was great, and the staff at the front desk are excellent.
Do not go to this hospital，they only care is the money，especially the exam fee，even though my cat shows the same symptoms as before，they do not give refill，because they want charge me another exam fee for same issue！ And also my last visit，the doctor do not even take a look for my cat，they still charge the exam fee， in that case，I payed the fee，because they scared me about my cat situation！
From regular checkups to live saving surgeries, everyone in this entire practice has remained wholly invested in my guinea pigs’ health. Not only do they always remember us despite being from Ontario, but they genuinely love my animals the way I do. Their knowledge and investment is unparalleled and even though it’s a 6 hour drive each way- my piggies won’t go anywhere else.
Hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to. My dog has had ongoing health issues, and this is the first time someone really took the time to get to the root of the problem and offer clear, helpful recommendations. They follow up quickly, and the entire staff is always friendly and genuinely happy to help. I’m so grateful for the care we received.
