After a very stressful and heartbreaking weekend watching our rabbit deteriorate, and after being unable to find an emergency clinic willing to help, I called Whyte Ridge Veterinary Hospital first thing Monday morning. Everyone here was very very friendly and they treated my turtle Ruby with gentle care! They were very genuine and you can tell they really do care for their patients! Will definitely be going back if I ever need anymore future visits! (Worth the hour drive) thanks again 😊
Whyte Ridge is my go to vet now! While I've only seen the two exotic vets, the experiences with both have been nothing short of wonderful. Incredibly compassionate and wonderful bedside manner. I always recommend them whenever I encounter people with exotics or looking for a new alternative vet for their cats and dogs. If I could add 6 stars I would!
We took my hamster Rice to this hospital last month. All the staff took good care of Rice and did not neglect her just because she was a little hamster. They treated every life equally. Although Rice eventually passed away, I knew it was almost impossible to cure the seriously ill old hamster. Later, I received a letter from this hospital.
