Taylor did the annual furnace/airco inspection. He patiently explained and showed what he was doing, which was very helpful to me. It was the first time for me as I had just moved into this apartment. He also seemed realistic about the remaining lifespan of my furnace and sent me a quote for a replacement, so I could think this over.
Evan and his partner were extremely efficient. The vent cleaning was very thorough. Much better cleaning than previous company.
If you want to get the job done, just ask these guys and get it over with. Fast and efficient. I’m not going to bother going to anyone else. They’re the only ones you’ll need.
