First visit, seams like a well run office. Did not have to wait around, the dentist got me in a little before my actual appointment time, that is rare these days in my experience.
This is a really wonderful dental office. The ladies at the front are warm and welcoming (and greeting me by name right as I walk in is so impressive!), and ensuring I have all the info I need to be able to submit the visit to my insurance (thank you)! I have been coming here with my family maybe nearly 2 years and I was right to make this switch. Dr. Mai and his team are so straightforward and professional.
