I had a very good experience working with Jon Whyman on septic replacements for two of my homes. He gave me an amazing price, was extremely professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely work with him again and plan to hire him in the future.
Jon has been a life saver. He helped me navigate a complicated septic issue that arose. Jon was smart and creative enough to come up with a solution to my unique problem. He was incredibly patient and answered all of my many questions. He advocated for me by making many phone calls to the town. Overall, he is solution based and knows how to get things done. If you’re looking for a responsive, smart and professional septic installer, look no further.
Jon disgusts me. I called him to get a quote for a property I was working on, and he actually MOCKED me, because I said the word “like” too much. I don’t recommend him to anyone as he’s clearly hard to do business with. There are plenty of kind, smart, and honest contractors in lynnfield and I would absolutely choose all of them over this man. He was also a nuisance to the fact that we weren’t the property owners although we explained in several times. Terrible business.
