Place was great doctors and staff were amazing I was in an out and they helped me pick out a couple different pairs going back next year

My husband has been going to Whylie in Ankeny for about 15 years and he wears contacts. About 3 weeks ago, he called Whylie and ordered his contacts over the phone as he's always done. Today I called to check on the status. I was told that they never got ordered! (This is about the third time this has happened over the years.) The person I spoke to is going to "try" to put a rush on his contacts, however, we've been told that before and it doesn't happen.
