RecommendedI purchased new bifocal glasses and sun glasses. After a few days I bent my sun glasses. I stopped in to the Whylie Eye Care store and they corrected the bend in just a couple of minutes. I certainly appreciate the fair pricing and excellent service before and after the purchase.

I've been going to Whylies in Ingersol for years. The last pair I ordered there we had a time getting it right so I could see... I was having blurred vision and trouble seeing distance. The girls never gave up and talked with each other to see what needed to be done to help me. I'm getting older so my eyes are changing I guess, and it was a trying thing for them I'm sure!! Purchased glasses for my family. We enjoyed the outstanding service and selection.
After visiting one of their locations in Ankeny, I received glasses with the wrong prescription, lenses, and pd for my daughter. After waiting a week to get back into the dr to get them fixed, we then waited a couple more weeks for them to fix their errors. After nothing being done for weeks I asked for a refund. They had already run my insurance which now left me having to pay out of pocket to get my daughters glasses. Nick - we're sorry you weren't happy. But to be clear, your eye exam fee was refunded promptly directly to you, and the insurance company was credited the balance (because they were the ones who paid for the glasses and lenses) within 24 hours of your request.
