I don’t usually leave reviews, but after what happened to my dog Xena, I feel I need to. Xena was treated at Whyalla Veterinary Clinic under the care of owner Andrew Smith. She went in for a routine desexing surgery and removal of two small mammary tumours. She was a healthy 5-year-old dog prior to this procedure. After surgery, she rapidly declined — she stopped eating, was vomiting, had severe diarrhoea (including blood), and was clearly not herself.
