Upset in the Colony – I used this company and it was by far the worst business experience of my life. Brent Fetters the owner says that he will save you money over a traditional realtor but with all the different ways that he charges for his services it could end up costing you more. In addition he is a narcisist(sp), arrogant and a screwup. He charged me half of the deposit that a prospective buyer had given but had to back out.
