Very professional. He did a very good job, actually looks way better than I thought it would considering how far gone and stained my carpets were. Look almost new again to been over 3 years since last cleaning. I highly recommend their services
Punctual, providing great customer service is important to this business. I would use them again but the only down fall is they charge you a $60 return fee if you can’t get all of your services completed the same day. That’s unreasonable in my book. Customers may not have the money to get it all done at once and need to break it up. Why should you be charged for that🤷🏾♀️

My sofa was disgraceful after my dogs played in a mud puddle. The owner of Why Carpets LLC came to my home and restored it to perfection. I was very happy with his thorough work. Before and after photos shown.
