Dr. Pena is awesome. She actually spends time with you. I am very happy with her. Her nurse is also kind and caring.
Dr. Pena and Alice are both wonderful. They take their time to understand why are you visiting and they listen to you. They truly care about your well being. I came with a bad cough and Alice immediately offered to help me with some nebulizer. Dr. Pena was very thorough in her examination and expressed concern about everything I told her. I am very pleased with this office. I hope I can have her as a PCP for some years to come. Thank you!!
I love the Dr and her assistant but if you ever need a prescription refill from them you better call a month ahead. I’ve called for 2 weeks leaving numerous messages and have yet to receive a call back and Walgreens won’t refill with out it. So unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had to go through this plus I e made it clear I need another appointment and it’s time for blood work to be done. I guess I’ll be looking for a new GP
Dr. Pena is wonderful. The first doctor I have met in a long time that takes her time to listen to you and truly is a Blessing. They are all wonderful, hard working and caring. I highly recommend them.
