Erin and the rest of the ladies here are the best. Erin always takes her time, makes sure I understand the care needed for what I’m wanting to get, and gets me in a timely even when it’s last minute sometimes. I will never use another salon. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always a top tier experience. I always leave happy and am always excited to be back in her chair when I come in.
I went there a little over a year ago, and will NEVER go back. They were rude, unfriendly and impatient with me bc I have long hair. The girl that did my hair went out of her way to make me feel like it's my fault her hands were raw from the bleach, yet she was the one who decided to not wear gloves. I get that it's easier with no gloves, but don't sit there and make a client feel like it's their fault. Go to Southern Roots in DeRidder and I guarantee a much better experience.
