This is a well maintained,safe,reasonably priced and located storage facility and the owner is awesome... Nay sayers be informed the units are beautifully located in a wooded mountain area right beside a flowing creek and...it rains & snows too depending on the day so it's going to get damp and maybe even wet...Be informed be prepared and who do you want to BLAME because your choice?JS.SU..
Used them for a few months. When we moved out everything was covered in mold and mildew. We had to throw away a bunch of stuff because it was so bad. Everything was packed up good too from our moving company. Furniture we had to bleach and clean mold off of. Clothes we had to throw away. The unit was rented under my husband’s name. Also the owner was informed and sent photos of the water in the unit.
