I'd like to start by saying Louie was absolutely amazing! But who's next not so much !!! They did an incredibly horrible job on my little brothers hair. He has longer straight hair and they made it choppy and there are multiple uneven parts. He has to put it to the side, gel it AND put hairspray in it to even look remotely normal. It looks absolutely terrible and makes him feel terrible. We will not be coming back and it is very sad because we have been using that shop since he was a baby.
